INDUSTRIAL DESIGNS AND SEMICONDUCTORS TOPOGRAPHIES
The form creations have their own figure of protection: the so-called Industrial Designs, which can be applied both to three-dimensional objects and to two-dimensional forms such as prints, designs or rasters. The duration of its protection is of up to 25 years, being necessary to renew this protection every 5 years. The duration of its protection is of up to 10 years from the end of the year in which it is exploited for the first time in the world or the topography is registered.
